A little more about me...

I don’t believe real estate should feel transactional. I also don’t believe in doing things a certain way simply because that’s the way they’ve always been done.

I was born in Pittsburgh but moved to South Florida just before I turned four. Aside from a short chapter in New York and some time in Central Florida, this is the only place I’ve ever really called home. I grew up here, I’m raising my family here, and I’ve watched Greater Fort Lauderdale change tremendously over the years.

I also grew up pretty quickly. I was living on my own by 17, and I think that shaped a lot of who I am today. I learned to be resourceful, to pay attention to people, to figure things out and to keep moving when something didn’t go according to plan.

Today, I’m a mom of two with nearly 15 years between them. My family is a huge part of what drives me, but they’re also a constant reminder that there’s a real life happening around every real estate transaction. A home is rarely just an asset. It can represent a new beginning, a growing family, a difficult transition, years of memories or one of the biggest financial decisions someone will make. I don’t take that lightly.

My business spans Greater Fort Lauderdale, with a particular focus on waterfront homes, luxury properties and relocation. But what I do for my clients has always been difficult to fit neatly into a category. On any given day, I can be a strategist, a marketer, a local resource, a problem solver or simply the person who figures out the thing no one else thought to handle.

A lot of that comes from more than 20 years in hospitality, marketing, sales and customer service. Hospitality in particular shaped the way I think about service. To me, the best service often happens before someone has to ask for it. It’s noticing what matters, anticipating what may come next and taking care of details without making the person on the other side feel all of the work happening behind the scenes.

I genuinely care.

That sounds simple, but it probably influences the way I work more than anything else.

I’m naturally intuitive. I pay attention to people as much as I pay attention to properties. I listen to what someone says, but I also notice what they don’t say, and I’ve always believed actions can tell you more than words. When something gets complicated, my instinct is to understand what’s actually happening before reacting to it. Every situation is different, and sometimes the best solution comes from slowing down long enough to see the situation clearly, then figuring out the smartest way forward.

For my buyers, that means understanding more than which house checks the boxes. I want to know which neighborhood, waterway and lifestyle actually fit. For someone relocating to South Florida, it means having someone here who can help them understand the area before they move and remain a resource long after the keys are handed over. For my sellers, it means I’m not interested in simply putting a property on the market and hoping the market notices.

I want to make people notice

When I’m selling a property, I often start with one question: What is the story here that no other property can tell? From there, I build the strategy around it — how we position it, how we present it, who we need to reach and what will make someone stop and pay attention. I combine that approach with creative marketing, technology, media and the global reach of Serhant.

My creative brain is also constantly moving. I’m always thinking about how something could work better, what we could do differently and how real estate can become a more useful and connected experience for the people I work with. That thinking is what led me to create Access Card™, an evolving digital concierge and real estate experience designed to connect people not just to properties, but to the places, people and lifestyle surrounding them.

Beyond the transaction

I’m equally comfortable navigating a difficult negotiation, preparing a property for market, coordinating the hundred moving pieces no one sees or helping a relocating client figure out what life here will actually look like. My involvement doesn’t begin at the showing or end at the closing table. If something matters to my client, it matters to me.

Outside of real estate, I’m happiest spending time with my family. I’m empathetic by nature, I love a challenge, and my mind is almost always working on an idea, a solution or what I want to create next.

I’m organized to a fault, relentlessly curious and probably pretty difficult to outwork. I’ll tell you when I think you’re right and, maybe more importantly, I’ll tell you when I think you’re wrong.

“The best service often happens before someone has to ask for it.”

Because great representation isn’t about saying yes to everything.

It’s about caring enough to know what to do next.
